Serama CO-OP

The Serama Breeding program was started by the Superintendent Jason Messer.  The Serama is the smallest breed of bantam and is native to Asia.  This project allows high school agriculture students to learn how to properly raise, show, and breed Seramas.  There are currently two types of competitions in which the Seramas can be judged. These are “in-cage judging” and “table-top judging”.  The Seramas are judged on the following categories: Type, Chest, Tail, Wings, Legs, Appearance, Character, and Performance. Students who are members of this project own their Seramas and have the opportunity to house them at the school farm.
